Winemaking
8 Year Old Tawny is aged in both small and large oak vats and casks. The wine is sourced from De Bortolis substantial reserves of aged wine stocks maturing in barrel and blended to an average age of eight years.

The wine has been aged in barrel and is designed for current consumption but will keep in the bottle for several years.
